Modu Food Trading started as Whole Food Trading and has been providing customers with the finest quality food and products since its launch in October 2011. The business primarily provides wholesale products to local restaurants in Southern California. We purchase food products directly from local markets, such as seafood directly from local vendors and providers. This allows us to pick from the finest selection of food available anywhere. Currently, we are providing wholesale supplies to more than 100 restaurants and B2B businesses.
Modu Food Trading plans to expand our storefront and sell directly to the public. In our expanding market, we will bring our commitment of quality, freshness, and great prices to the public. By purchasing in large quantities, we are able to pass the savings on to our customer.

The main office is located on 4405 Fruitland Ave. Vernon CA 90058. The building is 20,000 sq. ft. in size and equipped with walk-in coolers and walk-in freezer. The company operates seven delivery trucks to deliver directly to the valued customers. The administration floor is consisted with Accounting/Financial dept., Purchasing, Distribution and Sale.
